Mika uses Facebook, Messenger and Instagram to receive and respond to messages, comments and customer enquiries.
This page explains how to request deletion of personal information stored in Mika’s own support systems as a result of those interactions.
This process does not delete your Facebook or Instagram account or information controlled independently by Meta.
1. Scope of This Page
Mika is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Alexander Umantsev, ID 306210310. Our official Facebook, Messenger and Instagram channels may send relevant interactions to Mika’s customer-support system so that authorized staff can review and respond to enquiries.
These deletion instructions apply to personal information held in Mika’s own support systems. Meta Platforms controls Facebook and Instagram and maintains separate controls for deleting platform accounts, messages and public content.
2. How to Request Deletion

Facebook/Instagram Data Deletion Request
Please include enough information for us to locate the relevant records:
- your name;
- whether you contacted Mika through Facebook, Messenger or Instagram;
- your Facebook profile name or Instagram username;
- the approximate date of your message or comment; and
- a short description of the interaction you want deleted.
Please do not send passwords, identity-document numbers, payment-card information or other unnecessary sensitive information.
3. Identity Verification
We must take reasonable steps to ensure that a deletion request is made by the person to whom the information relates or by someone legally authorized to act for that person.
We may ask you to confirm the request using the relevant social-media account or provide limited additional information that matches our records.
Verification information will be used only to process and document the request.
4. What We Will Delete or Anonymize
After verification, Mika will search its active support systems and delete or anonymize personal information associated with the relevant Facebook or Instagram interaction, where applicable.
This may include:
- platform-specific user identifiers;
- display names, profile names or usernames;
- private messages sent to Mika;
- attachments or media stored with the conversation;
- conversation notes, status information and AI-generated response drafts; and
- related technical and timestamp records.
5. Content on Facebook or Instagram
Removing information from Mika’s systems does not necessarily remove the original public comment, private message or other content from Facebook or Instagram.
You may also need to delete the original content using the account and content controls provided by the relevant Meta platform.
6. Processing Time
We will acknowledge a valid request and normally complete it within 30 days after verifying the requester’s identity.
If additional time is reasonably required because of the complexity or scope of the request, we will explain the reason and provide an updated timeframe.
We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain why a particular item cannot lawfully be deleted.
7. Limited Retention and Backups
Mika may retain limited information where required by law or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, the protection of children or participants, or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten or securely retired through the normal backup cycle. Backup information is not used for ordinary business purposes and remains subject to appropriate security controls.
Mika may retain a minimal record showing that a deletion request was received and completed when necessary to demonstrate compliance, without retaining the deleted conversation content.

You may also request access to or correction of personal information held by Mika.
