The production cookie table must be generated from a fresh scan and kept synchronized with the technologies actually used.
The first-visit banner provides Reject optional, Accept optional and Manage settings with equal prominence. Optional categories are off by default. A permanent Cookie Settings link permits a choice to be changed or withdrawn. Withdrawal stops future optional processing and removes optional cookies where technically possible.
The Telegram contact control is an external link. No Telegram script, pixel or embedded widget should load before the visitor chooses the link.
