These policies apply to purchases and use of mika.ge. The Georgian and English texts are intended to have the same meaning. If mandatory Georgian law requires otherwise, that law prevails.
Who we are and scope
Mika is operated by the trader identified at the beginning of this document. These Terms govern use of the website and consumer purchases made through it. Product-specific information, prices, delivery charges and any additional terms displayed before ordering form part of the contract. Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded by these Terms.
Products and prices
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly by screen. Availability is subject to confirmation. Prices are shown in Georgian lari (GEL) and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery and other charges are shown before payment.
How an order and contract are formed
You submit an order request on mika.ge. This is an offer to buy, not yet our acceptance.
We check availability and send an availability confirmation and secure payment link, normally through Bank of Georgia. No payment is taken on the website at initial checkout unless clearly stated otherwise.
A binding sales contract is formed when we receive successful payment and send you an order confirmation in a durable medium (normally email or another message you can retain). If payment succeeds but we cannot accept the order, we will notify you and refund the amount without undue delay.
Please check your order and contact us promptly if any detail is wrong. We may reject or cancel an order for genuine reasons such as unavailability, an obvious price/error, suspected fraud, legal restriction or inability to deliver. This does not limit any right you have after a contract has formed.
Payment, ownership and acceptable use
Use only a payment method you are authorised to use. Goods remain ours until paid in full. You may use the website only lawfully and must not disrupt it, misuse content, attempt unauthorised access or submit false information. Website text, graphics and branding are protected and may not be commercially reused without permission.
Liability and law
Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be limited. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by matters outside our reasonable control or for indirect business losses arising from a consumer purchase. Georgian law governs these Terms. You may contact us first to resolve a concern; this does not remove your right to approach the Georgian Competition and Consumer Agency, another competent authority, mediation or a court.
