Mika delivers within Georgia to the locations and by the methods actually shown at checkout. The applicable delivery charge and estimated period are displayed before the order request. An option described as free costs GEL 0. Only delivery options genuinely available for the supplied address may be shown.
Orders paid by 15:00 on a business day are normally prepared that day; later payments are normally prepared the next business day. This is a preparation target, not a guaranteed delivery time. The order confirmation states the applicable estimate.
Provide a complete address and a reachable telephone number where required by the courier. Contact [email protected] promptly to request a correction. Mika cannot guarantee an address change after dispatch.
If Mika becomes aware of a material delay, it will provide updated information. Where delivery is not made at the agreed time, the customer may require delivery within an appropriate additional period and use any further remedy provided by law. If no delivery period was specifically agreed, Mika will deliver within the period required by Georgian law.
Risk of accidental loss passes when the customer or a person nominated by the customer, other than the carrier, physically receives the goods.
Where practical, inspect the parcel on arrival. Photographs of visible damage and retained packaging can help investigation. Prompt notice is helpful but does not remove statutory rights.
