Where and when we deliver
We deliver within Georgia to the areas and by the methods shown at checkout or confirmed before payment. Delivery charges and the estimated timeframe are provided before the contract is concluded. Orders paid by 15:00 on a business day are normally prepared the same day; later payments are normally prepared on the next business day. These are preparation targets, not guaranteed delivery times.
Delivery and delays
Please provide a complete, accurate address and reachable telephone number. Risk passes to you when you or a person you nominate (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods. If a delay occurs, we will provide updated information. Your statutory rights apply if delivery is not made at the agreed time or within any additional reasonable period required by law.
Inspect the parcel on arrival where practical. If it appears damaged, incorrect or incomplete, photograph the parcel and items and contact hi@mika.ge promptly. Prompt notice helps us investigate but does not remove statutory rights.
